Oooo this one is my favorite one so far.
Day 5: 10 songs you love right now
This is probably the easiest one for me to be excited about but most challenging to narrow down. Here’s 10 of my favorite songs right now.
10.) On The Loose by Niall Horan (honorable mention)
I haven’t really liked Niall’s previous songs but this is going to be a favorite song this year. I llike that’s it’s a slower song but you can still dance to it.
9.) Unfazed by Lil Uzi Vert and The Weeknd
I love a song with The Weeknd on the hook. Lil Uzi Vert is one of the few new trap artist I like. I need to check out more of his music. Also, I can’t believe I’m like two months older than him. 94-line for the win!!!
8.) Faking It by Calvin Harris, Kelani, and Lil Yachty
Ever since my cousin Angela strongly suggested I check out Kehlani’s music I’ve been in love with pretty much everything shes a part of.
7.) Meteorite by Years and Years
I’m not sure how I missed this song when it was released but I love Years and Years. I love their new song Sanctify too.
6.) Neverland by Holland
When I first heard news about an openly gay idol I was excited but I new in order for me to fully stan, I needed a tune. Holland gave me such an earworm with Neverland. I randomly get it stuck in my head.
5.) Daydream by J-Hope
And the same things with Daydream. I get the chorus stuck in my head for hours. I knew Hobi wouldn’t disappoint.
4.) This Town by Kygo and Sasha Sloan
I love deep house and listen to Sirus XM Chill daily. I wasn’t really a Kygo fan until he released This Town. It’s my favorite song of his.
3. Bad Boy by Red Velvet
Hands down my favorite single they’ve released. I’ve always been more of a R&B/velvet Red Velvet concept stan. Everything about this song and music video is perfect.
2.) Thirsty Mckenzie Lawson
I found out about this songs on one of those R&B 24/7 live music YouTube channels. I added this to my Apple music playlist so fast. I listen to it on repeat. She’s another artist I plan on listening to more of her music. I love her sound.
1.) Making the Most of The Night Carly Rae Jepsen
Emotion is my ultimate favorite Carly Rae Jepsen song. But Making the most of The Night would always pop up on shuffle at night while I would get my shower after working at Target or when I would shower in the mornings. It’s become one of my go to cheer up songs.
I hope y’all found some new songs and artist to check out. What are some of your favorite songs at the moment?
